David Keegan, Vice President - Maintenance, Equipment & Facilities

David Keegan serves as Vice President of Maintenance. He has been employed with UPT since 1999. Prior experience includes employment with Ryder Transportation Services for 13 years and dealership responsibilities with International Trucks for 3 years. David served on the Oklahoma Trucking Association’s maintenance council as Treasurer and Vice President in 2004 and 2005, respectively. He holds a “master” rating by the ASE in heavy duty truck maintenance, and is a competition judge at the TMC super technician skills challenge.

David is responsible for all aspects of equipment and facility maintenance. Responsibilities include in-cab communication systems, central purchasing management, equipment specifications, and integration of maintenance information systems.

Andrew Mantey, Chief Financial Officer

Andrew Mantey comes to us most recently from RLJ Thompson Trucking out of Lynchburg, Virginia, where he served as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to his time at RLJ, Andrew was at A&R Logistics for ten years performing several roles, including Chief Operating Officer. A&R Logistics is recognized as the clear leader in the transportation of bulk plastic resin within the plastic industry. We look forward to having Andrew’s expertise and industry experience to help us achieve our goals and take advantage of the many opportunities before us. Andrew graduated from California State University - Fresno and also obtained his CPA. He and his wife, Ellen, have three grown children, and currently reside in Morris, Illinois. They will be relocating to Oklahoma City soon.

David Price, Chief Operations Officer

David Pricd serves as the Chief Operations Officer and has been with the organization professionally since 2011 after graduating from the University of Oklahoma with his Masters in Education. He started with UPT as a Fleet Manager and is still working out of that same facility in Baytown, TX. He is also an avid industry advocate as he actively participates in the Texas Trucking Association. He lives in Houston with his wife Jessica and daughter Margaret.

Greg Price, President & CEO

Greg Price serves as President of United Petroleum Transports. After graduating from the University of Oklahoma in 1976 with a degree in accounting he rejoined Oklahoma Tank Lines as the Tulsa Operations manager. In 1980 he formed United Petroleum Transports and was promoted to President of the combined Oklahoma Tank Lines and United Petroleum Transports fleets in 1991.  Greg is an avid industry advocate, having served as the President of the Oklahoma Trucking Association and Chairman of the National Tank Truck Carriers.  Greg is married to Donna and has three sons, Matthew, David, and James.


Matthew K. Price, Vice President - Strategic Development

 Matthew Price serves as VP of Strategic Development. Matthew joined the company officially in 2007 after graduating from the University of Oklahoma with a dual degree in Political Science and Religious Studies.  Having learned the business from his grandfather, father, uncle, and many others Matthew wanted nothing more than to work alongside his family to ensure the legacy continues.  Matthew volunteers throughout the community, recently serving as President of Rebuilding Together OKC.  Outside of work Matthew is involved in his church, loves to travel, read, snow ski, and spend time with friends and family.  Matthew is married to Lydia and have one daughter, Genevieve.


Rod Radcliffe, Vice President - Sales & Business Development

Rod Radcliffe serves as Vice President of Sales and Business Development and has been with the company since May of 1995. After graduating from college in 1976 he worked for Loves Country Stores where he served in several capacities before joining UPT in 1995.
