Logistics/Transportation Account Executive

This position will be at our Corporate Office in Oklahoma City.  Responsibility for establishing, developing and maintaining customer relationships and partnerships t meet or exceed revenue and goals.

• Promote safety first in all actions.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through cold calling, prospecting, and account management.
• Identify and develop new accounts.
• Create and define value for customers by understanding their business model, recognizing their supply chain needs, uncovering innovative opportunities and applying our capabilities.
• Manage and maintain accurate information/reports to support sales efforts.
• Utilize available resources and knowledge to orchestrate solutions that increase market share and profitability.
• Negotiate and implement pricing; develop and execute strategies to maximize growth and profitability.
• Enhance sales performance by acquiring and increasing product and industry knowledge on a continuous basis.
• Provide efficient friendly customer contact.
• Control and complete paperwork and reports as required.
• Continually update knowledge of federal and state regulations.
• Communicate with internal and external customers as required.

Customer Service Center Manager - Tulsa, Oklahoma

Safety of our associates, our customers and the motoring public is our first and most important responsibility.  Will direct and lead operational associates and lease operators:  optimize use of service equipment to meet and exceed customer requirements within company policy, regulatory, safety, and business economic guidelines.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Knowledge of DOT regulations, federal and state standards

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects

• Self-starter with detail oriented work habits

• Good interpersonal skills; able to work well with wide range of individuals

Education & Training

• High School Education or equivalent with one year experience as a manager in the transportation industry.
