Meet OTL-UPT Officers

 

Greg Price

President & CEO

Greg Price serves as President of Oklahoma Tanks Lines / United Petroleum Transports.  After graduating from the University of Oklahoma in 1976 with a degree in accounting he rejoined Oklahoma Tank Lines as the Tulsa Operations manager.  In 1980 he formed United Petroleum Transports and was promoted to President of the combined Oklahoma Tank Lines and United Petroleum Transports fleets in 1991.  He serves in the Executive Committees of the National Tank Truck Carriers and Oklahoma Trucking Association.

 

Tim Rains

CFO & VP, Finance & Administration

Tim Rains serves as Vice President, Finance and Administration, and has been with the Company since August of 1995.  After graduating from the University of Oklahoma in 1974, he spent six years in public accounting with Arthur Andersen & Co. and some fourteen years with various companies, primarily oil and gas industry related, in the Oklahoma City area.  Tim is married with two daughters.

Tim is responsible for the oversight of all accounting and financial functions of the Company, including: pricing, payroll, human resources and information technologies.


Dan Strong

COO & VP, Operations

Dan Strong serves as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Operations, and has been with the company since August of 2004.  After graduating from California State University, Sacramento with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing and Management, Dan began an 18 year career with Consolidated Freightways, where he was VP of the Mid-South.  He also spent two years as Vice President Operations for USF Bestway.  Dan has two children. 

Dan is responsible for all aspects of the day to day operation of the company, including safety, maintenance, driver recruiting and terminal operations.  


Rod Radcliffe

VP, Sales

Rod Radcliffe serves as Vice President of Sales and Marketing and has been with the company since May of 1995.  After graduating from college in 1976 he worked for Loves Country Stores where he served in several capacities before joining OTL-UPT in 1995.


Andy Walker

VP, Risk Management

Andy Walker serves as Vice President of Risk Management and has been with the company since December of 2004. He is a graduate of Northwestern Oklahoma State University with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Spanish. As an employee of Seaboard, Inc he served in safety and training while also holding a seat on the steering committee. At Groendyke Transport he worked in field safety operations and headed the training department. Andy is an active member of the Oklahoma Safety Management Council. Andy is married to his wife Lisa, and has a son and a daughter.

Andy is responsible for all aspects of safety, security, environmental and regulatory compliance.


Kevin Price

VP, National Accounts

Kevin Price serves as Vice President of National Accounts as has been with OTL-UPT since 1985.  After attending the University of Oklahoma he served in the United States Army.  He was a member of the elite 5th Special Forces group and later served in the 18th Airborne Corp as a member of the pistol team.

Kevin is responsible for maintaining customer relationships for all national accounts.  He is married with three sons. 

 


David Keegan

VP, Maintenance

David Keegan serves as Vice President of Maintenance for United Petroleum Transports / Oklahoma Tank Lines.  He has been employed with OTL-UPT since 1999.  Prior experience includes employment with Ryder Transportation Services for 13 years and dealership responsibilities with International Trucks for 3 years.  David served on the Oklahoma Trucking Association’s maintenance council as Treasurer and Vice President in 2004 and 2005, respectively.  He holds a “master” rating by the ASE in heavy duty truck maintenance, and is a competition judge at the TMC super technician skills challenge. While attending Kansas State University, David met his wife Eileen and they have two children.

David is responsible for all aspects of equipment and facility maintenance.  Responsibilities include in-cab communication systems, central purchasing management, equipment specifications, and integration of maintenance information systems.
